He now proudly wears 667 tattoos of her name on his body, surpassing the previous record of 300 tattoos held by Diedra Vigil from the USA.

The journey began in 2017, with the birth of Lucy, a moment that filled Mark’s heart with immeasurable joy. Wanting to commemorate this life-changing occasion in a unique and unforgettable way, Mark embarked on an extraordinary mission. He got 267 tattoos of his daughter’s name on his back, a testament to the overwhelming love he felt as a new father. But his love knew no bounds, and he was far from finished.

In 2023, Mark decided to take his tribute to Lucy to even greater heights. He added an astounding 400 more tattoos, this time choosing his thighs as the canvas for this remarkable display of love and dedication. This marathon tattoo session, held at Dexterity Ink in Wrexham, was no small feat and took a grueling five and a half hours to complete. Each leg bore 200 tattoos, each one a simple yet profound declaration of a father’s love for his daughter.
